We’re super happy with how fast we’re getting things done. Setting it up was a breeze, and the monthly charge is on par with what most ‘wired’ Internet companies offer. Sure, the initial setup fee is quite a bit higher, but we’re enjoying 25 times the speed compared to the wired internet our neighbor has.

Should've reached out to 4G way earlier. The team picked up the phone fast, offered top-notch advice, and got me set up in no time. Unlike BT, where I had to wait ages to connect and they couldn't even boost the weak signal they were giving me. The service from 4G is speedy, effective, and has really enhanced our signal beyond what we thought possible. I’d definitely recommend them!

Living in the countryside of mid Wales, we used to struggle with a download speed of just 0.5mbps on a good day. This made working from home or enjoying TV shows a real challenge. Since the antenna went up four months ago, our internet has been fast, stable, and reliable. I can’t recommend them enough!

Fast and reliable service! I didn’t quite hit the speeds I thought I could, but they mentioned I could try upgrading to an external antenna with no risk involved. The speed I’m getting is way better than what I had before; I was stuck at 1 meg on old copper broadband, and now I’m averaging 16 meg. This is all with just the modem router, and I’m in the middle of nowhere, inside an old stone house with super thick walls. I’m really pleased!

The pricing is reasonable when you consider the dependable and speedy connections (reaching 400Mbps during off-peak times and 300Mbps at peak). Sure, there's a bit of an initial investment, but the router is yours to keep and unlocked, making it simple to switch to another provider after your contract ends. Honestly, though, why would you want to? Just stay with National Broadband!
